Distance: 8 miles Ascent: 1,000 feet
Time: 4.5 hours    
Weather: A beautiful, sunny autumn day
Comments: A little wet in places after prolonged heavy rain the previous day. Otherwise a beautiful walk with plenty of natural and historical points of interest.
