Bill sets off . . .

with the group following . . .

down the green lane . . .

to Linton Falls.

Along the River Wharfe . . .

quietly, don't wake the guard cat.

Still on the River Wharfe . . .

before heading north away from the river . . .

to Hebden.

It's over the bridge to start the climb onto the moors . . .

but first a coffee break . . .

before it gets steeper . . .

and over a wall

Still some snow about . . .

where Roger makes a snowman - Boys!

Brian & David went up to . . .

Bolton Haw Crags . . .

with a view of Mossy Moor Reservoir . . .

before joining the lunch stop.

We had to cross Hebden Beck . . .

successfully.

Then past the old Lead Mine Workings . . .

to Yarnbury

It's up a green lane that is more white . . .

to the highest point at 1,309 feet and the sun was making an appearance.

Downhill now but still plenty of snow against the stile . . .

where Ann gives some advice . . .

and Gerry does a bit of sun bathing - Girls!

Tea stop . . .

looking at Cracoe & Rylstone Fells . . .

and back to Grassington after an enjoyable day.
