Walk: Hartsop Hartsop Dodd, Stony Cove Pike, Threshthwaite Mouth, Thornthwaite Crag, High Street, Straits of Riggindale, The Knott, Angle Tarn, Boredale Hause
Start Point: Cow Bridge car park Grid Reference: NY 403 134
Distance: 12 miles Ascent: 3,500 feet
Time: 6.25 hours    
Weather: An overcast day with a few spots of rain. A cold north-east wind on exposed ridges. Cloud base generally above the fell tops.
Comments: Six walkers attended. After a short walk to Hartsop to loosen the leg muscles we began the climb with the ascent of Hartsop Dodd. After pausing to catch our breath and take a few photos we carried on to Stony Cove Pike where we had our morning break. Leaving Stony Cove Pike we descended into Threshthwaite Mouth before ascending again to Thornthwaite Crag, High Street and The Knott. It was then  downhill all the way from there, passing Angle Tarn and Boredale Hause.
