Walk: Leeds & Liverpool Canal, Healey Nab, Nab memorial Wood.
Start Point: Flaming Grill (Yarrow Bridge Hotel) Grid Reference: SD 594 158
Distance: 5.8 miles Ascent: 720 feet
Time: 4 hours    
Weather: Good, bright, windy, very slight quick hail showers.
Comments: Pleasant varied walk , with the obligatory mud & water. Slight diversion to see Bob Schmuhlís memorial oak tree which is doing well and has a lovely view over the West Pennine Moors.
