Walk: High Rigg, St. John in the Vale Church, Low Bridge End Farm
Start Point: Legburthwaite CP, St. John in the Vale Grid Reference: NY 319 196
Distance: 5.1 miles Ascent: 600 feet
Time: 4 hours    
Weather: Fine, but overcast at first, although the clouds over Blencathra lifted towards the end of the walk.
Comments: Garry led 11 walkers on a south to north traverse of High Rigg. Great views. Excellent tea and scones at the Low Bridge End Farm. A perfect way to head off home after a great weekend.
