Walk: Sett Valley Trail, Wethercotes, Laneside Farm, Rowarth, (http://www.peakdistrictinformation.com/towns/showplace.php?place=rowarth), Cown Edge,  Matley Moor, Lantern Pike, Lower Cliff.
Start Point: Sett Valley Trail CP, Hayfield Grid Reference: SK 036 868
Distance: 8.6 miles Ascent: 1,200 feet
Time: 4.75 hours
Weather: Bright, warm sunshine for most of the walk. Cloud for the last hour. Good visibility.
Comments: 18 walkers. Delayed start as cars were delayed by a motorway accident.  Dry conditions underfoot. Well-used paths and tracks. Good views of Kinder Scout.
