Walk: Hardraw, Sedbusk, Stags Fell, High Clint, Lovely Seat, Little Shunner Fell, Great Shunner Fell, Pennine Way
Start Point: Hardraw Village Grid Reference: SD 866 911
Distance: 14 miles Ascent: 2,580 feet
Time: 7 hours
Weather: Dry with some sunny spells and very good visibility

Six walkers attended for this outing in the Central Pennines. After a couple of false starts we managed to make our way out of Hardraw and followed field paths to Sedbusk. From Sedbusk we made our way onto Stags Fell and followed a good track over North Rakes Hill and Pike Hill to the Buttertubs Road. We then followed the road for a short distance before making a beeline across the open fell for Lovely Seat, where there actually is a lovely seat, built from local stone. From here we followed the boundary fence down to the road, which we crossed and again followed the fence up onto Little Shunner Fell and finally, Great Shunner Fell. After a short photo stop we then followed the Pennine Way back to Hardraw and the cars.
