|Distance:||13.5 miles||Ascent:||2,500 feet|
I tried this walk last year when we had to cut it short via an escape route due to extremely bad weather conditions. This time it was not heavy snow and hail we had to deal with but heavy rain for most of the day!
We did however complete the walk bagging Brown Wardle Hill and then Inchfield Moor trig point.
From the trig point we dropped down to Gorpley Reservoir where we passed through Gorpley Clough which is very scenic ancient woodland on our way back to Todmorden.
There were 6 on the walk.
