Walk: Parkside Farm, Forerigg Wood, Ellel Hall Bridge, Sellerly, Bayley Bridge, Thurnham Hall, Thurnham Mill and Condor Green
Start Point: Condor Green Picnic Site Grid Reference: SD 457 562
Distance: 5 miles Ascent: 350 feet
Time: 2.75 hours
Weather: Overcast with some sunny intervals.

Although the morning saw the last of overnight rain, fifteen people left their cosy firesides to venture out to Thurnham. These people were rewarded with a dry afternoon and the odd sunny interval.  The recent rain created a few “over the ankle” muddy spots and a few challenging stiles.  The group took things in its stride and had an enjoyable afternoon walk led by two campanologists.
