Walk: Lancaster Canal and Glasson spur, Glasson Dock and Lancashire Coastal Path
Start Point: The Stork, Conder Green Grid Reference: SD 459 560
Distance: 5.9 miles Ascent: 300 feet
Time: 2.75 hours
Weather: Generally dry and breezy
Comments:

22 people left the pub and headed inland. Because of the recent heavy rain the fields were waterlogged and so we diverted along country lanes up to the canal at Galgate. We then walked down the spur canal to the dock and back to the pub on the coastal path. We crossed over the old railway bridge which is currently covered over for protection for walkers while the bridge is refurbished.
