The participants in the walk used field paths and quiet lanes. There were numerous stiles, many of them slippery. Leaving the village of Inglewhite the route was over fields to Walmsley Bridge with more field paths alongside the River Brock to Brock Bottom. After crossing the River Brock there was a steepish ascent to Scotch Green Lane before continuing along field paths back to Inglewhite.Thirty people took part in this walk whilst another six chose a shorter route.
