Fylde Ramblers 40th (+ 1)  Anniversary

We held our first meeting in 1980, making 2020 the year of our 40th anniversary.  

 2020 saw the 40th anniversary of our club. A number of activities had been organised but they had to be put on hold due to coronavirus. 

On Sunday, 3rd October we were finally able to hold a Celebratory Luncheon at Longridge Golf Club. Members were able to meet up and reminisce experiences of the past 40 years or become aquainted with new members. Garry Alderson, one of the founding members and a past chairman gave a welcoming speech while Robb Radford, our present chairman, closed the gathering thanking Jim and Jeanette Carr for organising the event.
